Syrian army inflicted heavy losses upon ISIL terrorists in the city of Palmyra in Homs countryside, military source reported on Monday.
The source said that a Syrian army unit crushed 25 ISIL terrorists east of the Fourth station west of Palmyra.
The army also struck with heavy artillery and rocket launchers an ISIL convoy which included armored vehicle and three vehicles equipped with machine guns, according to the source.
The terrorists regain control of Palmyra two weeks earlier, after the ancient city was liberated in March.
