The Israeli foreign minister, Yair Lapid, arrived in Al-Manama to open the embassy there in the context of reinforcing the normalization path with the ruling regime.
Meanwhile, the Bahraini political groups and activists voiced categorical rejection of the normalization path with the Israeli enemy, reiterating commitment to defending the Palestinian cause.
Al-Wefa Association denounced Lapid’s visit, describing it as an attempt to provoke the Bahrainis.
The Association stressed that the diplomatic ties with the Zionist entity threaten the existence and interests of the Bahrainis.
