Head of Hezbollah Executive Council Sayyed Hashem Safieddine stressed that making political concessions in face of the enemy for the sake of some economic aid constitutes a big fault, adding that the enemy, in such a case, would intensify its pressures.

Sayyed Safieddine pointed out that the political class, DDL (Banque Du Liban), and the private banks plundered the funds of the Lebanese depositors, describing this as worse than corruption.

Sayyed Safieddine added that the active performance of the black market in Lebanon indicates the failure of the unlimited subsidies policy.
