Lebanese President Michel Aoun saluted the Lebanese workers, on the occasion of Labor Day.

“My appreciation greetings to Lebanese workers on Labor day,” President Aoun said on his Twitter account.

“You are the cornerstone of the promised renaissance. Your sacrifice will inevitably result in a resurrection from the suffocating distress that our people are experiencing”, the President said.

“Today, my priority is to be with you, and to continue to exert every possible effort to achieve reforms and hold accountable those who have corrupted the state’s finances, so that you can regain your rights and decent life,” he added.
