The Supreme political council in Yemen approved during its extraordinary meeting in Sanaa the cabinet formation, highlighting that the various national forces which confront the Saudi aggression are represented in the unity government.
The meeting, which was chaired by the head of the council, Saleh Ali al-Sammad and attended by the Prime Minister of the Salvation government Abdol Aziz Saleh bin Habtur, stressed that the main mission of the new government is to organize the domestic conditions and to confront the Saudi aggression militarily, politically and economically.
It is worth noting that the new Yemeni government consists of 42 ministers including PM Habtur.
Yemen has been since March 26, 2015 under brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition.
Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them are civilians.
Riyadh launched the attack on Yemen in a bid to restore power to fugitive ex-president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who is a close ally to Saudi Arabia.
