PM-designate Saad Hariri confirmed his understanding with President Michel Aoun in all matters, indicating the presence of some knots “which we are trying to untie” in the cabinet formation process.

Hariri’s stance came Monday from Baabda Presidential Palace as he met with President Michel Aoun over the cabinet formation issue.

Hariri stressed that the interest of the nation and citizen “is the most important.”

Asked about House Speaker Nabih Berri’s escalation, Hariri said, “We are with Speaker Berri, whether he is an oppressor or oppressed.”
