Iraqi defense ministry announced on Monday the death of the head of ISIL’s photo documentation during Mosul battle.

In a statement, the ministry said the Iraqi armed forces managed to kill a terrorist who holds the post of head of photo documentation in ISIL’s Amaq news agency.

The Iraqi forces found three cameras with the terrorist who was documenting the terrorist group’s operations in Mosul, the ministry said.

The statement noted that data in the cameras show ISIL members during the battles taking place in Mosul, adding that the cameras were handed over to security and intelligence agencies in order to identify these members and pursue them.
