A new case of the novel coronavirus has been confirmed in Lebanon by the Ministry of Public Health in a statement on Thursday, raising the number of infected people in the country to 16. The Ministry indicated that the patient is Lebanese woman coming from the UK.
The Financial State Prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim decided to freeze the assets of twenty Lebanese banks, according to the National News Agnency. NNA added that the judge also imposed a freeze on the assets of the heads and members of boards of directors of these banks.
