“It was not surprising what the German Foreign Minister stated during his meeting with the Foreign Minister of the terrorist criminal entity. The one who remained silent about the genocide and all the other crimes committed by this entity against Palestine, Lebanon, and the peoples of the region, and who continued to side with it, support it, and defend it in international forums, will do nothing but spout such statements,” Member of Loyalty to Resistance Bloc MP Ali Ammar said.
“These shameless statements, which demand guarantees for the security of the Israeli enemy and deliberately ignore the documented facts of its crimes against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples, and the constant threat this entity poses to the security and stability of the region, in addition to its continued occupation of parts of South Lebanon, its daily violations of Lebanese sovereignty by land, sea, and air, and its deliberate killing of innocent civilians, reveal the extent of bias and collusion with the occupation and the encouragement for it to continue its aggression and terrorism,” MP added in a statement.
“The Resistance was and will remain a legitimate national option in confronting occupation and aggression, a right guaranteed by international laws and conventions. No one has the right to strip the Lebanese people, as long as the occupation and Israeli attacks continue, of their legitimate right to defend their land and sovereignty. Nor does any foreign party have the right to dictate orders and conditions to the Lebanese regarding their national and internal affairs.”
What has happened today in terms of blatant foreign interference in Lebanese internal affairs, and inciting calls against a large segment of the Lebanese people in service of the interests of the Israeli enemy, is the responsibility of the Lebanese authority. Through its disgraceful decisions, its path of surrender, and its failed bets, it has allowed Lebanon to become a playground for those who seek to undermine its security and stability, and who aim to strike at its national constants in order to guarantee the security of the occupation at the expense of the security, dignity, and sovereignty of the Lebanese people.”
