Millions of Iraqi, Arab, Iranian and foreign visitors have been flocking into the Iraqi Holy City of Karbala to mark Arbaeen anniversary (commemoration the 40th day following Imam Hussein’s martyrdom).
Dozens of thousands of Iraqis voluntarily serve the visitors, providing them with food, beverage and medical stuffs.
It’s worth noting that the Iraqi security forces took intensive measures to secure the religious event which has recorded to be the largest human demonstration.
