James Jeffrey, the US special representative in Syria, said that Washington is no longer concerned with the departure of President Assad, adding that it just aims at changing the Syrian regime’s policy.

It is worth noting that US new attitude towards the situation in Syria comes after all its schemes in that country have been frustrated.
