A Palestinian allegedly having killed a Zionist settler has been arrested by the Israeli police in a raid in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah on Saturday.
Israeli naval forces had opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of Rafah City in the southern besieged Gaza Strip, on Friday.
