Yemeni forces attacked Abu Dhabi International Airport on Thursday with an unmanned drone.
Al-Masirah television channel reported that the Sammad-3 drone launched three attacks on the airport on Thursday.
SABA news agency also quoted a Yemeni military source as saying that an unmanned drone “waged three raids on Abu Dhabi International Airport of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).”
“The air traffic from and to the airport was disrupted after the drone’s attack,” the Yemeni agency added.
Abu Dhabi airport tweeted earlier in the day there had been an incident involving a supply vehicle, but noted that it had not affected operations.
However, a UAE official denied the attack, Reuters news agency reported.
