The Syrian army managed on Tuesday to regain control over Al-Qadam neighborhood after concluding an agreement with the terrorists to leave the area with their family members into Idlib province.
In this context, around 300 militants and 700 of their family members left Al-Qadam into Idlib as the Syrian army troops regained control over the four main posts in the area.
