Deputy Head of Hezbollah Executive Council Sheikh Ali Daamoush announced, on Monday in a press conference, the “Promise and Commitment” campaign aimed at removing the effects of the Zionist aggression on Lebanon.
“Reconstruction is a national responsibility; this does not exempt the Lebanese government from assuming its responsibilities,” his eminence said.
Sheikh Daamoush indicated that the specialized firms are scanning the damages, adding that Hezbollah has given priority to housing families whose homes were completely destroyed.
Hezbollah Secretary General formed a panel tasked to monitor the reconstruction project, according to Sheikh Daamoush who vowed reconstructing the border villages.
Sheikh Daamoush pointed out that 1250 architects and 300 clerks are working at around 100 established centers to carry out the reconstruction mission.
His eminence maintained that the funds needed for the reconstruction program are being adequately secured, adding that those who promoted the bet that Hezbollah would not be able to pay the compensations is now disappointed.
Sheikh Dammoush praised the role of Iran and Iraq in funding the project and maintained that all the reconstruction plan is devised by the two great martyrs Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Safieddine in addition to Sheikh Qassem, affirming that Hezbollah will manage to assume its duty and emerge from this challenge victorious.
