Two Lebanese civilians were martyred and 8 others were injured when an Israeli military drone targeted the entrance hall of Martyr Salah Ghandour Hospital in Bint Jbeil.
The Zionist raid also cause material damage to the section of the hospital, especially that of the emergency rooms.
Member of Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc, MP Hasan Fadlallah, attended the scene, stressing that the raid comes in the context of the Zionist escalation against Lebanon.
Sayyed Fadlallah added that the Israeli aggression will neither debilitate the steadfastness of the locals nor alter the Resistance determination to support Gaza.
The Resistance always responds to the Zionist crimes, and the enemy will pay back a doubled price for this raid, he affirmed.
The Israeli war jets also raided Aitaroun town, targeting a civilian house.
Troops of the 146th Division and the reserve 205th Armored Brigade carried out exercises simulating maneuvers in Lebanon, the Zionist military said on Monday.
The Zionist military exercise included a simulation of combat in the North, the rapid deployment of forces in the area, and troops’ preparedness for the attack.
In parallel, occupation forces carried out an exercise in which they learned about daytime and nighttime operational models that simulate warfare deep inside Lebanese territory.
The IOF also stated that troops exercised fighting in a built-up area and advancing on mountainous terrain, among others.
Hezbollah has ramped up lethal attacks against Israeli military posts located in the Zionist entity’s north, with the Lebanese resistance group staging at least 15 strikes on Sunday alone.
