Deputy Chief of Hezbollah Executive Council Sheikh Ali Daamoush stressed that the Zionist enemy is still in a major predicament.
“All indications suggest that it has lost the war and must concede in order to facilitate a deal and retrieve the captives.”
Delivering Friday Sermon at Sayyeda Zainab (A.S.) Mosque in Beirut’s Dahiyeh, Sheikh Daamoush maintained that the enemy has failed to achieve any of its objectives, adding that, in Lebanon, it could not change Hezbollah’s supportive stance towards Gaza, nor could it protect its settlers.
The resistance has drawn the enemy into a continuous war of attrition, as it admits to being in a strategic dilemma, his eminence said., noting that throughout seven months of aggression, it failed to alter the reality or return 70,000 settlers to “their homes”.
“Instead, it speaks of the North being under Hezbollah’s control, and Hezbollah’s significant achievement is relocating Northern settlers elsewhere, Sheikh Daamoush said, “Today, the accomplishments achieved by the resistance on the Lebanese front far exceed what the enemy acknowledges. The pressure exerted on Lebanon to halt the resistance is evidence of the extent of this front’s influence on the enemy.”
“Persisting in aggression against Lebanon will not change the equations established by the resistance to protect our country and people. It will not bring back settlers to the northern settlements or compensate for the enemy’s failure to achieve its objectives. It will not deter us from continuing to support Gaza until the aggression stops.”
