In support of the Palestinian people and resistance in Gaza and in light of the Israeli aggression on the various South Lebanon villages, the Islamic Resistance continued striking the Zionist occupation sites near Lebanon border.
Hezbollah military media issued consecutive statements to illustrate the attacks and their outcomes.
The first statement mentioned that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Haddab Al-Bustan site at 11:00 am on Monday, January 8, 2024, using appropriate weapons and achieved direct hits.
Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Ruweisat Al-AIam site at 11:40 am on Monday, January 8, 2024, in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, using appropriate weapons and achieved direct hits, according to the second statement.
The third statement mentioned that Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Shebaa Farms with missile weapons at 15:35 on Monday, January 8, 2024, causing confirmed injuries.
The fourth statement maintained that Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Shtoula at 15:45 on Monday, January 8, 2024, using appropriate weapons and causing its members to be killed and injured.
According to the fifth statement, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of Jal Al-Allam site at 16:00 on Monday, January 8, 2024, using missile weapons and causing its members to be killed and injured.
The Israeli media reported injuries in a Hezbollah missile strike on a Zionist engineering force in Shebaa Farms.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah military media mourned in a statement the commander martyr Wissam Hasam Tawil from the southern town of Khirbet Selm who embraced martyrdom all the way to Al-Quds.
On the other hand, the Israeli enemy continued launching air raids and bombarding the various Lebanese border villages.
The Zionist war jets launched three raids early Monday on the vicinity of Aita Al-Shaab in South Lebanon.
Several Israeli shells targeted Awida Hill in east of Taybeh village.
The Israeli bombardment inflicted major losses upon a mosque in the border village of Al-Abbasiyyeh.
Al-Manar correspondent Hashem Sayyed Hasan reported an Israeli phosphorous bombardment at Khiyam village, adding that the Zionist artillery also targeted Mays Al-Jabal and Houla.
The reporter added that Zionist war jets launched mock raids over a large number of southern villages, inflicting much losses upon the houses.
The reporter also indicated that the Israeli enemy has deployed blimps and intensified resorting to drones in compensation for the intelligence blindness it suffers on the border caused by Hezbollah attacks on the surveillance and monitoring devices.
