In a swift and calculated response to the assassination of Palestinian Resistance leader Sheikh Saleh al-Arouri, Hezbollah targeted one of the Israeli occupation forces’ Air Traffic Control Bases in northern occupied Palestine. The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon launched a barrage of 62 rockets, aimed at the base located atop Mount Jarmaq (“Meron”), the highest peak in the ’48 occupied Palestine.
The attack, which occurred at 8:10 am (local time) on Saturday morning, specifically targeted the sole center for the management and monitoring of air traffic in the northern occupied territories, known as the “Meron” Air Traffic Control Base. Hezbollah stated that this facility has no equivalent alternative, leaving the Israeli occupation with a significant gap in their operations.
