Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the exclusive way to Lebanon’s salvation is electing a new president which will be followed by forming a new government tasked to implement a comprehensive rescue plan.

Visiting the headquarters of Muslim Scholars Committee in Haret Hreik, Sheikh Qassem indicated that Lebanon has all the recovery and growth factors but misses the political decision to invest its strengths.

Sheikh Qassem pointed out that insistence on certain choices procrastinates presidential election, adding that pleading the foreign interventions will be faced by the parliamentary formation.

Sheikh Qassem concluded that the national dialogue among the various Lebanese parties who should reduce their demands and favor the public interests resolves the presidential deadlock.
