A 14-year-old child who was critically injured this morning during an Israeli occupation army assault on Deheisheh refugee camp in the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, has embraced martyrdom of his wounds, according to the Ministry of Health.
It said Omar Khaled Khmour was shot by a live bullet in the head and was in critical condition at hospital until he was pronounced dead.
Palestinian security sources told WAFA that a large Israeli occupation army unit raided Deheisheh camp and searched homes to arrest activists.
During the raid, camp youths pelted the forces with stones, who replied by firing live ammunition and tear gas canisters at the youths.
Khmour is the fourth child killed by Israeli occupation forces out of a total of 14 Palestinians killed since the start of this year.
Prisoners Rebellion
The Palestinian prisoners in the Zionist jails started on Monday a rebellion against the repressive measures decided by the Israeli security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir who had ordered moving 150 out of 4700 prisoners from one jail to another.
The rebellion movement is expected to paralyze the Zionist jails and may develop to more escalating steps, according to local sources.
Al-Aqsa Mosque
Guarded by the Israeli occupation forces, dozens of Zionist settlers stormed on Monday Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards and wandered provocatively across them.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian worshipers continued flocking into the Holy Shrine despite the Zionist measures, amid calls to boost preparations to confront the Zionist assaults on the Mosque.
