Deputy Chief of Hezbollah Executive Council, Sheikh Ali Daamoush, underlined commitment to the teachings of Ashura by rejecting all forms of oppression and corruption.
Delivering his Friday sermon, Sheikh Daamoush also warned against justifying the acts of the corrupts, underscoring the stance of Imam Hussein (P) who fought oppression.
Sheikh Daamoush emphasized that US and ‘Israel’ represent Yazid bin Moawiya of this era, highlighting standing against them firmly.
His eminence noted that the US-Zionist plot continues besieging Lebanon and exploiting its crises to exert more pressures on its government.
Sheikh Daamoush called on all the Lebanese to unite in face of the Zionist enemy’s attempts to infringe on Lebanon’s offshore rights and invest the Resistance stance as a card of strength.
