The Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc Wednesday called on the political parties to halt quarrels and collaborate in order to cope with the economic crisis storming Lebanon.
After its meeting, Hezbollah bloc issued a statement in which it thanked all the voters who elected its candidates, stressing that its members will try, as much as possible, to help the citizens face the hard living conditions.
The statement noted that the winning candidates Raed Berro, Rami Abu Hamdan, Melhem Al-Hujjeri, and Yanal Al-Solh have joined the Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc.
On May 15, Lebanon witnessed a parliamentary elections which synchronized with an unprecedented crisis caused by the US-backed siege and corruption. Despite the US scheme, the Resistance alliance managed to emerge victorious. Hezbollah and Amal Movement swept all the Shiite seats in the parliament.
