At least three Israelis were killed and four others injured in an attack in the Israeli occupied city of Elad near Tel Aviv late Thursday.
Two of the wounded sustained serious injuries, with at least one of them is “fighting for his life” the Times of Israeli reported.
Two men attacked several Israelis with an axe and a knife at a central park and a nearby road in the largely ultra-Orthodox city, Israeli media reported, quoting eye witnesses.
Israeli occupation forces have been waging a massive manhunt for the two suspects who remain at large. Footage from the scene of the attack shows the attacks running down the street armed with axes, hitting a vehicle passing by.
The occupation police have released the details of the suspects As’ad Alrafa’ani, 19, and Sabhi abu Shakir, 20, both from Rumana near the city of Jenin, which has re-emerged as a bastion for resistance in this latest spate of retaliatory attacks — the worst ‘Israel’ has seen in years.
Several attackers have come from in or around Jenin, and occupation forces have launched arrest raids that have ignited gun battles there.
The attack came at the end of the Zionist entity’s so-called “Independence Day”, and followed a wave of attacks by Palestinians in retaliation for the repressive measures adopted by the Israeli occupation, especially latest provocations in Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Al-Quds.
Israeli media reported that at least 18 Israelis have been killed in attacks that took place in the last 50 days.
