Palestinian Resistance repelled on Saturday an Israeli incursion into the refugee camp of Jenin, preventing the occupation forces from arresting the father of Raad Hazem, who carried out Tel Aviv operation.
Jenin Battalion of Islamic Jihad’s Al-Quds Brigades announced its fighters clashed with an Israeli force comprising troops and military vehicles, forcing the occupation soldiers to withdraw.
A Palestinian fighter of Jenin Battalion was announced martyred, with at least dozen others injured in the Israeli raid. The Resistance group identified the martyr as Ahmad Al-Saadi, a field commander in Jenin Battalion.
Israeli media reported that there have been casualties among occupation forces, with an Israeli helicopter spotted landing near an Israeli hospital, in an indication that military evacuation was made.
The Zionist entity have been on alert since Thursday, when Hazem killed three Israelis and injured at least a dozen others in a bar in Dizengoff Street.
Hazem, 28 from Jenin, stayed for several hours on the run before being martyred following a firefight with IOF near a mosque in Jaffa.
The operation in Tel Aviv is the fourth in two weeks. Three other attacks took place in the occupied territories. In total, 14 Israelis have been killed and many others have been injured.
