The Lebanese Supreme Defense Council convened on Wednesday at Baabda Palace to discuss various national concerns, extending the general mobilization for 3 months n a bid to try to stem the outbreak of coronavirus.
The council also ordered the Army and security forces to take all the required measures to maintain stability during the holidays.
President Michel Aoun called on the government to convene, considering that boycotting its sessions is rejected.
