Israeli forces have shot and killed a Palestinian teen at a checkpoint near the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarm.
Israeli media claim the Palestinian was gunned down after he rammed a vehicle into an Israeli guard at Jabara checkpoint. The occupation guard was seriously wounded as a result.
Initial reports by Palestinian media said that the Palestinian youth was critically injured and transferred to a hospital in the 1948-occupied territories after he was shot with several bullets.
He was then pronounced martyred and identified as Mohammad Youness, 16, from Nablus.
The incident followed another fatal Israeli shooting on Saturday, of a young Palestinian man in occupied Al-Quds.
Israeli police claimed he had tried to stab an officer after first wounding a man.
