Member of “Loyalty to Resistance” bloc, MP Ali Ammar responded, during the House session held Monday to vote on granting confidence to the new government, to the parliamentarians who accused Hezbollah of stifling the state institutions by importing the Iranian fuel.
MP Ammar interrupted the orators to say that, due to the exacerbating economic crisis and fuel shortage, Hezbollah launched an initiative to import the Iranian fuel for the sake of supporting all the Lebanese segments and sects.
Although the humanitarian consideration was the main factor behind Hezbollah move, some members of the parliament have accused Hezbollah stifling the state, MP Ammar said.
MP Ammar stressed that who suffocated the nation are the embezzlers and the constitution violators who established the rentier state.
