After Jaish Al-Fateh terrorist group controlled Syria’s Idib northern province in March 2015, it blockaded the two towns of Foua & Kefrya which steadfastly confronted the takfiri aggressions, attacks and the siege itself.
The area of the two towns Foua & Kefrya which lie in Idlib northern countryside is around 25 square kilometers, and their population is estimated to be forty thousand.
Jaish al-Fateh commander has always insisted on storming Foua & Kefrya to slaughter their men, women and children (Videos confirm), pushing his terrorists to launch daily rocketry attacks on the two towns which left around 1700 martyrs and 3500 injured.
Although half of Foua & Kefrya residents were displaced, the popular committees in the managed to frustrate all the terrorist groups’ towns to storm the two towns since many attacks were launched, including the major offensive carried out by Jaish al-Fateh Sawaghiya area in east of Foua in August 2015.
Hundreds of Jaish al-Fateh terrorists were killed or injured and scores of their tanks and heavy vehicles were destroyed by Foua & Kefraya volunteer forces.
In addition to the ongoing agreement to evacuate the old people and the injured cases from Foua & Kefraya, two other evacuation operations for the wounded in the two towns had been carried out.
International Silence
Despite the critical conditions in Foua & Kefraya, the international humanitarian organizations have not entered the two towns to provide the towns with the medical services to curb the number of deaths caused by the absence of medicine and adequate nutrition.
Since the terrorist groups confiscate most of them, only few aid convoys carrying food stuffs entered Foua & Kefraya where water supplies also ran out in Foua & Kefraya as the underground water was polluted.
During the past weeks, the terrorist groups launched heavy rocketry attacks on the two towns, causing much damages, amid international silence which turns to become a complete support to the takfiri militants in Aleppo.
