The third round of indirect negotiations between Lebanon and the Israeli enemy was held Thursday at the headquarters of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in Ras Naqoura.
National News Agency reported that the two delegations separately entered the room of the talks which are under the auspices of the United Nations and with US mediation.
The Lebanese delegation carried convincing maps and documents explaining the points of disagreement and the Israeli violation of the Lebanese maritime rights.
The issue of annexing part of Block 9 “will be discussed at the negotiating table where the Lebanese negotiator is committed to Lebanon’s rights without concessions,” the NNA said.
Naqoura and its outskirts witnessed a wide deployment of Lebanese Army troops, conducting joint patrols with the UNIFIL.
