The Lebanese Army issued on Tuesday a statement in which it announced that an explosion occurred on the same day in one of the buildings in the town of Ain Qana in southern Lebanon, adding that a military force instantly arrived at the scene and started an investigation into the incident.
The Army Command-Orientation Directorate issued the following statement on Tuesday: “On 22/9/2020, at around 15:00 pm, an explosion occurred in one of the buildings in the town of Ain Qana-Iqlim Al Tuffah. Instantly, an army force arrived at the site and launched an investigation into the causes of the blast.”
It is worth noting that the Lebanese Red Cross announced that the blast did not leave any casualty.
