Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem received on Wednesday the Russian ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Zaspikin, on the end of his diplomatic mission, thanking him for all his efforts and stances which served the Lebanese interests and those of the axis of resistance in the entire region.
Sheikh Qassem, meanwhile, highlighted Hezbollah insistence of creating a new government that represent all the Lebanese parliamentary blocs in order to let them all assume their national responsibility and shoulder efforts to save the country from its crisis.
For his part, Zaspikin indicated that the relations between Russia and Hezbollah have developed since they started their military cooperation against the terrorist groups in Syria, adding that the two sides share close political stances regarding the regional issues.
