Rafik Hariri International Airport chairman, Fady Hasan, on Thursday came out with a statement sternly denying the hostile Israeli news saying that one of the Iranian airline companies were transferring weapons from Lebanon to Syria via said airport.

“The airport chairmanship strongly refutes the news in all terms and confirms that it’s not true at all. The chairmanship also asks some local media resources not to convey any piece of news issued by the Israeli enemy and bears the aim of hurting Lebanon and its airport,” said the statement.
