The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces managed on Saturday to completely isolate Tal Afar district from Syria, cutting off ISIL supply lines from the Syrian territories.

Local security sources reported that the Iraqi army, police and mobilization forces moved closer to central Tal Afar and that the Iraqi commanders started escaping with their families from the city.
