Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and French Foreign Minister Jean Noel Barrot have held a telephone conversation to review recent developments in the region.
During the call late on Monday, the two sides reviewed the latest regional and international developments in light of the provisions of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding (MoU) and its implementation process as part of continued consultations between Tehran and Washington.
The two officials also exchanged views on the ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the war imposed by the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran, focusing on the broader implications of the memorandum and the current regional situation.
