The Central Headquarters of Khatam Al-Anbiya announced that Iran’s armed forces had delivered a “painful response” to the Israeli regime, while also declaring a cessation of operations.
In a statement, the Iranian headquarters said the response came following Israeli attacks and actions in southern Lebanon and the Dahiyeh area (Beirut’s southern suburb), which it said were carried out with the support of the United States.
It added that Iran’s armed forces acted “in support of the oppressed Lebanese people.”
The statement said the response should serve as a lesson to ‘Israel’ and its supporters.
It further announced a cessation of operations by the Iranian armed forces, while warning that if attacks and hostilities continue—including in southern Lebanon—“far more severe, decisive, and powerful measures than before will be taken.”

Late Sunday, the IRGC announced that it had targeted the Ramat David airbase with ballistic missiles, describing the facility as the source of Israeli aggression against Lebanon. The force said the strike was carried out in response to Israeli attacks that killed and displaced civilians in southern Lebanon and Beirut’s Dahiyeh.
On Monday morning, the IRGC launched ‘Operation Nasr (Victory)’, targeting the Israeli regime’s Tel Nof and Nevatim airbases in the occupied territories. The force said the operation was conducted in response to Israeli missile attacks on several radar sites inside Iran.
