Israeli Military Spokesperson: Hezbollah’s Explosive-laden Drone Injured Brigade 401 Commander as Well as Reserve Officer, 8 Soldiers

The Israeli military spokesperson announced that the commander of Armor Brigade 401 Mair Baderman was seriously injured earlier today in a drone attack launched by Hezbollah in South Lebanon.

The spokesperson added that a reserve officer was also moderately wounded when an explosive-laden drone detonated in southern Lebanon, adding that an Israeli reserve soldier was lightly wounded in the incident as well.

Israeli Channel 12 reported that “This morning, around 8:00 AM, Hezbollah launched an explosive-laden drone toward soldiers of the Brigade 401 who were inside a building in the village of Debel, adding that the drone crashed through anti-drone netting, striking the building’s facade, and the soldiers were injured by shrapnel.

Hebrew media outlets confirmed that eight soldiers were injured while accompanying the commander of the Brigade 401 in the village of Debel where they where planning an attack on Hadatha town, southern Lebanon.
