Israeli Airstrikes Target Bekaa and South Lebanon in Sovereignty Breach

Enemy warplanes conducted a series of airstrikes across Lebanon on Friday, striking targets in the eastern Bekaa Valley and southern regions. The attacks resulted in significant explosions, with thick plumes of smoke reported at multiple sites, marking a continued escalation in cross-border hostilities.

Al-Manar’s correspondent reported that the Israeli airstrikes hit the Zghrine Mountains in the Hermel highlands of the Bekaa Valley, where video footage showed thick plumes of smoke following the explosions.

In southern Lebanon, further raids targeted the Basaliya area on the outskirts of Jbaa town in the Jezzine district, as well as the vicinity of Kfar Melki.

Enemy military spokesman Avichai Adraee announced that the army had carried out airstrikes on what he claimed were “Hezbollah targets in Lebanon,” stating that they included “a training compound belonging to the Radwan Force and a number of weapons depots.”

He also claimed that the raids targeted weapons depots and other military infrastructure, some of which he said were located in northern Lebanon.
