Israeli Air Raids on Southern Lebanon Leave Two Martyrs

Israeli occupation forces continue their attacks on civilian areas and facilities in southern Lebanon, in violation of the ceasefire agreement signed with Lebanon in November 2024.

Israeli drone attack targets a car parked next to a house in Tallousa town, South Lebanon: Al-Manar correspondent reporterd.

This morning, Mohammad Tahsin Hussein Kashkaish was martyred when an enemy drone targeted him in an airstrike in front of his home in the town of Hanin, in the Bint Jbeil district.

According to the National News Agency, Kashkaish was preparing to start his van, which was parked in front of his house alongside his SUV, to transport students to school when the attack occurred. The enemy drone fired several missiles at him, resulting in his martyrdom.

Civil Defense teams immediately worked to extinguish the fire and transport the martyr’s body to Martyr Salah Ghandour Hospital in Bint Jbeil.

In a separate attack at dawn, enemy forces destroyed a house between the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Ramiya, using an explosive device during an incursion into the area.

Last night, enemy aircraft struck a car in the Masnaa area near the Lebanese-Syrian border. The Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of four people who were inside the vehicle.

In the south, occupation artillery shelled the outskirts of the towns of Blida and Aitaroun, while two enemy drones dropped bombs on the town of Houla and Wadi Hounine.

Earlier, four Zionist soldiers crossed the Blue Line near the technical fence east of Mays al-Jabal and conducted a reconnaissance operation in the area. This coincided with machine gun fire from the enemy position at Ruwaysat al-Alam toward Kfarshouba.

At dawn yesterday, the enemy targeted a house in the town of Mays al-Jabal with explosive devices dropped from a quadcopter drone.
