A Zionist soldier was seriously injured in a car-ramming attack at the Maccabim Junction in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli military and medics said.
The IOF claimed troops operating at the scene shot dead the attacker who carried out the ramming.
Later on, the Israeli media reported that the soldier wounded in the attack is the son of the Israeli ambassador to the United States, and his condition is critical.
