Israeli Occupation Army Radio correspondent reported that security authorities had confirmed that details of what took place in the Gaza Strip the night before last may be published.
The incident led to a heightened state of alert in the Israeli army and may indicate the complex situation in the Strip in recent days, the correspondent added.
“In the hours before nightfall, the Israeli army received intelligence regarding an armed gathering in the Strip. The Air Force launched a Zik drone to locate the gathering, but nothing was detected on the ground throughout the night.”
“The commanders decided to raise the state of alert in the area. Israeli army positions were reinforced with additional forces, and the troops prepared for various attack scenarios. In the morning, the state of alert was lowered after nothing was detected.”
