A massive wave of Israeli occupation military raids swept across multiple governorates of the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem late Tuesday night and into early Wednesday morning, resulting in the detention of dozens of Palestinians including a prominent journalist and a group of laborers alongside home demolitions, widespread property damage, and provocative incursions by armed settlers operating under military protection.

Jenin Governorate: Epicenter of Intensive Operations
The Jenin governorate bore the brunt of the escalation, with occupation forces storming several neighborhoods and towns. Troops raided the Kharouba neighborhood north of Jenin city, arresting a young man, while simultaneous operations targeted the town of Silat al-Harithiya to the west, where Muhammad Zayoud was taken into custody. In the town of Ya’bad, forces detained Nour al-Din Farihat after ransacking his home.
The incursions extended to the village of Arrabuna in the northeast and Deir Ghazaleh to the east, where multiple homes were raided. In the village of Bartaa, southwest of the governorate, a number of Palestinian laborers were rounded up and arrested. Israeli troops maintained their presence for several hours in the towns of Arraba, Kafr Ra’i, and Silat al-Dhahr, conducting door-to-door searches and detaining additional young men.
Tulkarm, Tubas, and the Jordan Valley Hit
The northern West Bank saw intensified operations as well. Occupation forces stormed the Shuweika suburb north of Tulkarm. In the Tubas governorate, military vehicles raided the village of Tayasir to the east and the town of Tammun to the south, forcing their way into several residential homes. Meanwhile, armed Israeli settlers conducted provocative tours in the Khirbet Samra area of the northern Jordan Valley, further heightening tensions in the already volatile region.
Nablus: Arrests and Settler Incursions at Religious Site
In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces stormed the eastern area near the Huwwara checkpoint and raided the headquarters of the “Future Generation” association in the Jabal Ajram area, west of the town of Zawata. Troops also stormed the town of Kafr Qallil to the south, detaining Yasser Marjan after searching his home.
Separately, groups of settlers drove their vehicles into the city of Nablus and raided the village of Awarta, southeast of the city, where they performed Talmudic rituals at the shrine of Al-Uzair—an act widely seen as a provocative incursion into a Palestinian community.

Qalqilya: Raids and On-Site Interrogations
Occupation forces stormed the town of Siniriya, south of Qalqilya, patrolling its streets with military vehicles, raiding several homes, and subjecting a number of residents to field interrogations on the spot.
Ramallah and Al-Bireh: Journalist Among Those Detained
In the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, occupation forces deployed significant military reinforcements to the Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood in Al-Bireh after a special undercover unit infiltrated the area. The young man Diaa Zubaidi was arrested following a raid on his home.

Forces also stormed the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah, and arrested released prisoner and journalist Muhammad Awad, detaining him after ransacking his residence. The raids continued northward into the town of Birzeit, while the town of Turmus Ayya witnessed a large-scale search operation that saw dozens of homes thoroughly inspected.
In the same governorate, settlers attempted to storm the Abu Faza’a community near the village of Taybeh, as part of ongoing efforts to pressure and displace Bedouin communities in the area.
Bethlehem: Flares and Demolitions
In Bethlehem, occupation forces stormed the Tarabiya area in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of the city, firing dozens of flares into the night sky. Simultaneously, military bulldozers began demolishing a residential building in the village of Jorat al-Shama’a, south of Bethlehem, rendering a family homeless.

Hebron: Settlers Release Flocks on Agricultural Land
In the southern West Bank, Israeli enemy forces stormed the town of Surif and the al-Arroub refugee camp to the north. Concurrently, a number of settlers stormed Khirbet al-Kharaba, east of the town of al-Samu’—south of Hebron conducting provocative tours and releasing their sheep to graze among the olive trees, causing extensive damage to Palestinian agricultural land and property.
