Recalling the 2024 war log, Hezbollah’s Military Media on Friday unveiled new details from the thirty-second day of the Israeli offensive against Lebanon. During this phase, Resistance fighters intensified their ground and cross-border operations, marking significant advances amid the ongoing Israeli assault.
These revelations form part of the “Formidable in Might” documentary series—an episodic production by Hezbollah’s Military Media that chronicles the daily progression of the conflict.
More than a simple chronicle, the series serves as a historical testament to endurance and sacrifice, portraying the stories of men who, through their blood and resilience, inscribed enduring chapters of valor in the annals of the resistance.
Marking the thirty-second day of the war, Hezbollah’s Military Media also outlined the Islamic Resistance’s operations conducted on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Hezbollah Launches 27 Operations in Response to Israeli Aggression
In response to the ongoing Israeli aggression and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Islamic Resistance carried out 27 military operations on Thursday, October 24, 2024. The operations primarily targeted Israeli settlements, military sites, barracks, and troop gatherings along the Lebanese–Palestinian border using rockets and artillery shells.

Fierce Ground Clashes in Aita Al-Shaab
In the southern border town of Aita al-Shaab, Hezbollah fighters waged a fierce confrontation, ambushing an Israeli force attempting to advance toward the town. The resistance fighters opened fire with automatic and anti-armor weapons, engaging the enemy at point-blank range. When an Israeli Merkava tank moved in to provide support, it was struck and set ablaze, leaving its crew dead or wounded—the second tank destroyed in the town that day.
Additionally, two more tanks were destroyed near Adaisseh with precision-guided missiles.
Precision Strikes Across the Border
After closely monitoring Israeli troop movements near Aytaroun, Markaba, and Adaisseh, Hezbollah launched coordinated rocket and artillery barrages, achieving direct hits on multiple targets.
The Resistance’s rocket forces also fired salvos at several military bases, settlements, and cities in northern occupied Palestine, including:
- Zvulun military base for defense industries, north of occupied Haifa.
- The city of Safed (Tzfat).
- Saint Jean base, north of occupied Acre.
As part of the “Khaybar Operations” series, Hezbollah’s rocket units also launched a massive rocket barrage at the Nahariya settlement and targeted the Nashrim base, southeast of occupied Haifa, with high-precision missiles.
Drone Strikes and Air Defense Engagement
The Islamic Resistance’s air force launched a coordinated drone attack, deploying assault drones against the Ramot Naftali barracks, an Israeli troop gathering at Kfar Giladi quarry, and near the Ya’ara settlement, scoring direct and effective hits.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah’s air defense units engaged an Israeli fighter jet and a reconnaissance drone over southern Lebanon with surface-to-air missiles, forcing both aircraft to retreat from Lebanese airspace.
The video below, circulated by Israeli media, shows rocket impacts in Nahariya:
Message from the Fighters
From the front lines, the Resistance fighters reaffirmed their vow to the Lebanese people that “the banner remains in steadfast hands and will never fall,” promising that victory is near, God willing.
Israeli Casualties and Panic in the North
The Israeli occupation army admitted that five soldiers were killed and seven others seriously wounded in a Hezbollah attack in southern Lebanon, after Resistance fighters emerged from a tunnel and threw grenades at Israeli forces.
Throughout the day, air raid sirens sounded 23 times across northern occupied Palestine, particularly in settlements of Finger of the Galilee, Upper Galilee, and along the coastal strip from Rosh Hanikra to Haifa, reflecting the intensity and reach of Hezbollah’s retaliatory operations.
