On the first anniversary of 2024 Israeli ware on Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance Military Media started issuing an episodic documentary that highlights the various aspects of the Battle of the Formidable in Might.
Hezbollah Military Media affirmed that the series would not be just a presentation of events, but a historical document. Through daily episodes, it records the heroism of men who, with their blood and steadfastness, inscribed shining chapters in the history of resistance.
Battle of the Formidable in Might is the story of those who were never defeated, but who, with their blood, forged a memory of glory and immortality that will remain alive.

On October 1, 2024, the Israeli occupation army announced the start of a ground operation in southern Lebanon, code-named “Arrows of the North”. They deployed five military divisions, comprising over 70,000 officers and soldiers, along with hundreds of tanks and military vehicles. However, this massive deployment did not intimidate the Islamic Resistance fighters. Hundreds of fighters (mujahideen) were stationed along the border, ready to engage in direct combat. Their goal was to thwart the enemy’s plans and assert that Lebanon would be a graveyard for invaders.
The Islamic Resistance carried out 16 military operations targeting several settlements in occupied northern Palestine with intense rocket barrages. They also targeted sites, barracks, and gatherings of Israeli forces near the Lebanese-Palestinian border using rockets and artillery shells. As part of the “Kheibar” operations series, the resistance’s rocket force targeted the “Galilot” base, affiliated with the military intelligence division, and the Mossad headquarters, in addition to the “Sde Dov” airbase in the northern suburbs of Tel Aviv.
Israeli media reported that rockets fell east of Tel Aviv, causing several injuries. The Israeli Home Front command imposed restrictions on gatherings in central occupied Palestine and halted train movement in the greater Tel Aviv area. According to Hebrew media, rockets fell in occupied Haifa and around the “Eliania” settlement west of Lake Tiberias, following intense bombardment by the resistance that reached deep into the enemy’s territory.
On this day, the mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance sent a message of loyalty and commitment to the martyr leader Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, renewing their pledge to follow his path and achieve his goals. They vowed to continue on the path of jihad, no matter the sacrifices, promising victory and loyalty to their people’s aspirations.
The Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that, based on a decision by the Supreme National Security Council, and in support of the army, they targeted important military objectives in occupied Palestinian territories with dozens of rockets in response to the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, and martyr Abbas Nilforoushan. Air raid sirens blared 45 times in occupied territories, concentrated in various areas of occupied Palestine .
