Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc reiterated on Thursday, November 10, its strategic commitment to the resistance path till reaching the ultimate victory, greeting the mujahidin and the souls of the martyrs on Hezbollah Martyr’s Day which falls on November 11.

In a statement issued after its weekly meeting, Hezbollah bloc underlined that the sole way into electing a new president in Lebanon is reaching an understanding among the various political parties.

The bloc stressed that the new president must advocate the national causes and confront the foreign pressures, adding that he must follow a policy of openness in dealing with the other parties.

Highlighting Hezbollah efforts in coping with the local corruption, the bloc reiterated commitment to the national sovereignty in face of the US hegemony.

Loyalty to Resistance bloc also affirmed the Arab League’s need to restore Syria’s role and attendance, calling for reinforcing ties between Lebanon and Algeria.
