It is worth mentioning that the appeal court reduced his jail term after it had been two years.  

The Bahraini court had tried Milad under the pretext of delivering political speeches.

The Bahraini regime has launched a large scale arrest campaign against the opposition commanders, including the Secretary General of Al-Wefaq, Sheikh Ali Salman.
