Raqqa

The Syrian army’s air force targeted gatherings and positions of ISIL terrorists near al-Rasafa city in the countryside of Raqqa province.

The strikes hit convoys of vehicles, some of which are armored and others equipped with machineguns, in the vicinity of al-Rasafa crossroads, a military source told SANA on Sunday.

Damascus Countryside

An army unit  foiled an attempt by an ISIL terrorist group to attack a military post to the southeast of Arenbeh Hill in the vicinity of al-Badyia (desert) in the eastern part of Damascus countryside.

The clashes with the terrorists ended with thwarting the attack and killing or injuring many of the terrorists, in addition to destroying two vehicles laden with big amounts of explosives and five others equipped with machineguns.

Hama

An army unit killed 12 al-Nusra Front (Qaeda branch in the Levant) terrorists and destroyed two vehicles for them in Morek in Hama countryside.
