The French agency quoted Abdulmalek al-Mikhlafi, the head of Riyadh-backed delegation as saying that the National delegation (Ansarullah and its allies) had "torpedoed the talks completely," by backtracking on their commitments after a month of negotiations.

"I have asked the UN envoy not to allow the rebels to waste any more time ... and to make them comply with the reference issues before we resume the talks," said Mikhlafi referring to Ansarullah revolutionaries.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni sources told al-Manar that the nomination of Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, a fugitive general, to head the open military committee is aimed at hindering the talks.

The open military committee is tasked with monitoring a ceasefire in the war-torn country sponsored by the United Nations.

Yemen has been since March 26, 2015 under brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition.

Thousands have been martyred and injured in the attack, with the vast majority of them are civilians.
