Kerry said that Washington finds out what the opposition groups involved in the fire.

"Today's attack on the hospital - it seems to be a rocket, which flew from the area occupied by the opposition, and we're trying to figure out exactly what kind of (opposition). There is no justification for this terrible violence aimed at civilians, medical facilities and ambulance regardless of who did it ", - said the Secretary of State.

At the same time Kerry said the United States and Russia are working on the restoration of the ceasefire regime on the territory of the SAR. The reaction is conducted through military channels.
