Speaking about need for solidarity among nations of the world to repatriate the displaced, Minister Bou Saab drew a distinction between the term "Refugee and displaced" stressing need for their immediate return to their homes whenever opportunity for this arises.

Minister Bou Saab underscored the identity of those displaced into Lebanon as being of a none refugee status.

Bou Saab brought attention of his interlocutors regarding pledges already made by former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown to spead up a contingency re-education plan targeting a maximum number of children displaced into Lebanon; stressing need for translation of words into deeds.

Also having discussed the issue of the displaced with the American side, Minister Bou Saab appealed for US assistance in the educational field saying President Obama's intersession is bound to increase US assistance by 30%.

Also conferring for the same purpose with British Secretary for Development and World Bank representatives, minister Bou-Saab concluded that the constant objective remains to lay adequate grounds for definite educational mechanisms and policies.
